Overview
The Cardboard Baler / Maintenance Helper is responsible for operating baling equipment to compact cardboard and recyclables, and assisting with general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Skills and Experience
Prior experience operating a baler, compactor, or other heavy machinery in a warehouse, recycling, or industrial setting.
Basic maintenance or mechanical experience — performing routine equipment checks, minor repairs, or assisting maintenance staff.
Experience handling, sorting, or moving materials (cardboard, recyclables, waste, or similar bulk materials).
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe handling of equipment and materials.
