What You'll Do as an Account Coordinator:
- Be the main point of contact for assigned customers—answering questions, sharing updates, and building strong relationships.
- Coordinate orders from start to finish, working closely with sales and manufacturing teams to keep projects on track.
- Review and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Communicate clearly with customers about pricing, artwork, samples, and approvals.
- Monitor order progress, address issues proactively, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Help improve customer experience through collaboration and problem-solving.
- Support and train new team members as needed.
Skills and Experience
