What You'll Do as an Account Coordinator:
  • Be the main point of contact for assigned customers—answering questions, sharing updates, and building strong relationships.
  • Coordinate orders from start to finish, working closely with sales and manufacturing teams to keep projects on track.
  • Review and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about pricing, artwork, samples, and approvals.
  • Monitor order progress, address issues proactively, and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Help improve customer experience through collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Support and train new team members as needed.

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • Previous customer service, account coordination, or administrative experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy building relationships.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple customer programs and deadlines at once.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable learning new products, processes, and systems.
