Overview
Position Summary:
The Air Quality Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of ozone conversion equipment. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with precision instruments, valves, gauges, and associated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain ozone converter equipment.
- Work with pressures, temperatures, and airflow systems to ensure proper operation.
- Read and interpret gauges, meters, and other precision instruments.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor electrical tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all measurements and documentation.
- Use computer systems for data entry, monitoring, and reporting.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined with experience working with precision instruments, valves, and gauges.
- Comfortable working with pressures, temperatures, and air flow systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and data recording.
- Computer literate and comfortable working with numerical data.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain safety standards.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a technical or mechanical role preferred, but not required.
