Overview

 The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing professional, timely, and accurate support to customers in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage customer orders and administrative tasks.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and administer customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
  • Process, update, and maintain customer orders using internal systems and software applications.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide order status updates.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software programs to complete daily tasks.
  • Identify and solve problems related to orders, documentation, or customer requests.
  • Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and report preparation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth customer operations.

Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer interaction or customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with contract review and administration preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to learn additional software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
