Full Job Description
Onin Staffing of Statesville is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Heat Transfer Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will assist with applying heat-transfer graphics to apparel and materials while maintaining accuracy, quality, and efficiency. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heat-transfer equipment according to company standards
- Accurately position graphics and ensure correct application
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Prepare materials, garments, and workstations for production
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all company safety and production procedures
- Assist team members and perform additional tasks as needed
