What You'll Do as a General Laborer:
- Assist with manufacturing concrete products, including blocks, bricks, and pipes.
- Lift, carry, move, and organize materials throughout the production area.
- Place rings and other components into concrete pipes during assembly.
- Clean concrete mixers, tools, and equipment to keep production running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe outdoor work environment.
- Work alongside your team to meet daily production goals.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- No previous manufacturing or construction experience required!
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, and physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable attendance.

- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
