Overview
Onin Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Clerk to join the Produce Shipping Department at a Distribution Center in Bessemer, AL. This role is essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly and supporting supervisors, drivers, and warehouse staff.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and set up all truck driver pouches received from dispatch
- File shipping bills and credits in driver pouches
- Ensure grocery department hand bills and credits are delivered appropriately
- Correctly distribute all pouch materials between Produce and Grocery departments
- Distribute and collect headsets for forklift drivers and selectors each shift
- Assist supervisors with tracking time cards
- Help tech support with tracking devices issued to selectors
Skills and Experience
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish required)
- Ability to work a flexible evening shift (3 PM – until)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse programs (PS400, Lucas Program)
