What You'll Do as a Warehouse Janitor:
- Maintain both the interior and exterior of the building and grounds.
- Cleaning and sanitizing designated areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.).
- Taking out trash, restocking supplies, and keeping common areas tidy.
- Ensuring restrooms and breakrooms are clean and sanitized daily.
- Performing heavy-duty cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
- Notifying management of any repairs or maintenance needs.
- Following health and safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
Skills and Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- Experience with standard cleaning methods and equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of safety for yourself and others
- Effective communication skills and a teamwork mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Comfortable with basic landscaping and maintenance tasks
