Overview

Dispatch service tickets to available technicians nationwide. Provide administrative and operational support. Assist the Project Manager with daily operational tasks. Create and maintain project files. Assist in project scheduling and billing. Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein which may be assigned by supervisor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to all required project safety requirements. Maintain high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer service, coworkers, behavior and appearance. Business casual dress attire Helpful to have electrical field industry experience, must be willing to learn new skills.

Skills and Experience

High school Diploma or equivalent required. College education desirable. Talking on phone with technicians and peers. High proficiency with use of computers including email, working in spreadsheets, and database MS Office programs (preferred). Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written. Strong time management. Ability to prioritize and task switch efficiently. Type 40 wpm. Nice to have; network troubleshooting, cabling/fiber knowledge but not required.
