Overview
Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Perform a wide variety of day-to-day clerical and office duties
- Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to on-site staff
- Trained to perform backup duties for Sales invoicing, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure continuity of operations during staff absences or peak workload
- Prepare professional correspondence, Freight agreements, call and set appointments for shipments and other documents for General Manager and Sales Staff
- Daily & monthly reports
- Expense reports for the General Manager, Plant Manager and Sales Staff
- Performing other projects and duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
Required Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization
- Discretion with confidential information
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Relevant office experience required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required
