What You'll Do as an Order Picker & Packer:
- Pick and process customer orders accurately using scanners & barcode readers
- Work alongside Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) for efficient workflow
- Sort, replenish stock, and perform cycle counts
- Safely operate manual or powered pallet jacks
- Assist in packing orders and preparing shipments
- Keep your work area clean & organized
Skills and Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- High school diploma/GED OR equivalent experience
- 1 year experience order picking and packing in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets & shipping documents
- Comfortable using scanners, tablets, and warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and counting skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
