Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Offsite Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position involves handling cheese products at our offsite warehouse facility, requiring transportation between locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload cheese pallets safely and efficiently
- Transport materials between warehouse locations as needed
- Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive cheese products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Inspect pallets for damage and report any quality concerns
- Follow all food safety and warehouse safety protocols
- Keep warehouse areas clean and organized
- Assist with receiving and shipping operations
Skills and Experience
Valid driver's license (required)
Personal vehicle for transportation to offsite location (required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Experience operating pallet jacks and hand trucks (preferred)
Forklift certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work in cold storage environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
