We’re seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing professional communication, administrative support, and excellent customer service to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and teammates in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain front desk organization, filing, and daily correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, order processing, and general clerical support.
- Collaborate with warehouse and office staff to ensure efficient communication.
- Handle paperwork, invoices, and delivery documentation as needed.
- Support the team with additional administrative or customer service tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer use.
- Dependable and punctual with a positive, professional attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
