What You'll Do as a Receiving Clerk:
- Prepare and process receiving/shipping documents and labels
- Communicate directly with customers regarding shipments and delivery status
- Unloading product, organized and stored
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- Enter data accurately using computer systems and shipping software
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are shipped on time
- Maintain organized shipping records and supplies
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Prior office, administrative, and shipping/receiving experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Forklift/ pallet jack experience preferred
