What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including 480V/3-phase power, control panels, relays, PLCs, and VFDs
  • Use diagnostic tools (multimeters, IR thermometers, etc.) to locate and fix faults
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
  • Perform equipment installations, alignments, and upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, OSHA, and company safety standards
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve performance
  • Record maintenance activities in CMMS and perform root cause analysis on breakdowns

Skills and Experience

What You Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • High School Diploma or GED (Technical Certification or Associate Degree preferred)
  • 8–10 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
  • Proven skills in electrical troubleshooting and PLC programming
  • Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with LOTO, OSHA, and NFPA 70E safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb, kneel, and work in tight spaces
