Ōnin Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Plant Operator I to support production operations for our client, BASF, in Bapchule, AZ.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, mechanical work in a safe, team-oriented environment. Candidates with previous industrial, plant, or forklift experience are encouraged to apply!
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Do
- Load bulk trucks with liquid product using a bulk loading system and pump equipment
- Hook up hoses to tanker trailers, monitor filling, and ensure correct compartment loading
- Fill package orders including totes, drums, and pails
- Maintain plant cleanliness and assist with general upkeep and maintenance
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as PVC piping installation, hose replacement, and pump cleaning
- Operate a forklift safely
- Use a tablet or computer for data entry and process tracking
- Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards
