Onin Staffing is excited to announce an opportunity for an Office Clerk in Woodstock, AL. The ideal candidate will have previous office administration experience and be comfortable handling a variety of tasks to support day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
💲 Pay: $19.50
⏰ Shift: 1st, Mon–Fri 7AM-4PM
Skills and Experience
Work Experience:
- Provide administrative support to office operations, including document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Assist with purchasing functions and related clerical tasks
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all tasks
- Support multiple projects at once while prioritizing effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service and work collaboratively with team members
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office administrative role, preferably with a purchasing background or related field
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
