📍 Location: Birmingham, Al

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to learn a valuable trade?
We’re looking for someone with hands-on industrial or maintenance experience who’s eager to grow into the skilled role of a Millwright.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
- Work with experienced Millwrights and learn precision alignment, welding, and fabrication
- Troubleshoot and perform mechanical adjustments and preventative maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in a similar field — maintenance, mechanical repair, or industrial work
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn new skills
✅ Ability to read blueprints or schematics (a plus!)
✅ Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to grow with a great team
