Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking dependable Warehouse Workers to join a fast-paced distribution environment in Columbus, OH. This position involves performing a variety of medium industrial and warehouse duties, including material handling, order picking, and pallet movement.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack cartons accurately and efficiently
- Shrink-wrap pallets and prepare materials for shipment
- Move palletized materials using manual or electric pallet jacks
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform tasks involving frequent bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), stooping, and twisting
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to operate pallet jacks (manual or electric)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
