Skills and Experience
Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or skilled trades environment. Familiarity with metal fabrication, welding, press brake operations, and CNC machining terminology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident and assertive personality. Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit effectively. Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with recruiting software, job boards, and social media platforms.
