What You'll Do as an Electrical Assembler:
- You’ll help build high-quality electronic components and final assemblies used in essential equipment. This is hands-on, detail-focused work where your accuracy and craftsmanship truly matter.
- Assemble, wire, and finalize electrical devices and assemblies of varying complexity
- Load firmware/programs using computers and peripheral hardware
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD drawings
- Accurately measure, drill, punch, and cut metal enclosures
- Install components, crimp connections, and route wiring to engineering specifications
- Apply labels, package peripherals, and complete assembly documentation
- Use an ERP system for material transactions and logging data
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Perform occasional cycle counts to verify stock accuracy
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related electrical assembly experience or technical training preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics, CAD drawings, and wiring diagrams
- Basic computer skills (MS Office 365, email, Apple OS)
- Comfort using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
