Overview
Ōnin Staffing is looking for an experienced Welder to join a trusted machine shop in Fairfield, AL.
Position Details:
- 📅 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 💵 Starting Pay: $20 -22/hr (higher pay based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of metals
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Fabricate, repair, and assemble metal components and structures
- Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain tools and welding equipment in proper working condition
Skills and Experience
Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven welding experience (machine shop or industrial environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of different welding processes and materials
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
