Ōnin Staffing is seeking a Production Lead to help drive productivity, quality, and teamwork on the production floor. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily production schedules and rotations while ensuring training needs are met
- Monitor machinery for proper operation and perform lock-out/tag-out when necessary
- Step in to perform production duties when needed for coverage or support
- Train and develop new employees, while providing upskilling and retraining as needed
- Apply Servant Leadership principles to coach and mentor teammates
- Serve as backup to the Production Supervisor when required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment — leadership experience preferred
- 1+ year of forklift experience (Scepter certification required)
- Strong mechanical, mathematical, and analytical aptitude
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, bend, and stoop for 8–12 hours on concrete surfaces
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Tolerate repetitive motions and extreme temperatures
