What You'll Do as a Quality Technician:
- Perform inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Evaluate statistical data to maintain product quality and reliability
- Work from engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics
- Inspect flat blank layouts, out-of-box audits (OBA), and calibration of tools
- Record audit data, generate QA reports, and recommend improvements
- Provide factory support to resolve issues related to materials and manufacturing
Skills and Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- 6+ years of quality control experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Technical training a plus)
- Strong understanding of quality tools (8D, SPC, FMEA, ISO/FDA Auditing a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and analyze test results
- ASQ certification (CQT, CQA, CQPA, CSSGB) preferred but not required
