What You’ll Do as a Packing Associate:
- Package and label finished goods according to specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety rules
- Load and unload material rolls for production
- Visually inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation
- Support continuous improvement and housekeeping standards
- Meet production goals and assist with additional duties as needed
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Attention to detail and a strong teamwork mindset
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written/verbal instructions
- Forklift experience is a plus
