Overview
We are seeking a hard-working, reliable individual to join our team as a Tire Refurbishing Associate. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in a hot and dirty environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to work hard, take direction well, and stay committed to learning the role. No prior tire experience is required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair various types of tires (passenger, commercial, and industrial)
- Safely operate equipment and follow all safety procedures
- Perform working interviews (candidates will be evaluated on-the-job during the interview process)
- Assist with loading/unloading tires
- Follow instructions from supervisor to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Environment:
- Hot, dirty, and physically intensive
- Requires frequent heavy lifting (30–250 lbs., with or without equipment)
- Repetitive movements and use of tools
Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen (NO THC)
- Must pass a 7-year background check (no felony sex offenses)
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred
- Able to perform physically demanding labor safely and consistently
- Reliable and punctual
Interview Process:
This position requires a working interview—candidates will be scheduled to come on-site and perform the job tasks to determine fit.
