What you'll do as: Quality Assurance Lead
- Lead implementation and management of quality systems and audit processes
- Supervise and develop quality assurance staff
- Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and product performance
- Coordinate shipment schedules with shipping department
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and lead corrective action plans
Skills and Experience
referred Candidate Might:
- Experience in quality assurance and audit processes
- Leadership skills in fostering a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or TPM methodologies
- Experience in regulatory inspections and internal audits
- Strong documentation and SOP skills
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish
