Overview
Set up and manage all truck driver pouches distributed from dispatch to the produce department.
File all shipping bills and credits in truck driver pouches.
Ensure grocery department hand bills and credits are properly delivered to the grocery department.
Oversee and correctly distribute all pouch materials to either the grocery department or retain in produce for shipping.
Print all credits from the PS400 at the top of every hour; place this material in truck driver pouches.
Distribute headsets to forklift drivers and selectors at the start of each shift and collect them at the end.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments preferred.
Experience handling shipping documentation, credits, and inventory management.
Familiarity with tracking systems and software (e.g., Lucas Program, PS400) is a plus.
Experience supervising or assisting with shift operations is desirable.
Basic knowledge of headset/equipment distribution and tracking.
