Job Title: Electronics Disassembly Technician – 2nd Shift
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our 2nd shift disassembly team. In this role, you will use hand tools and manual force to safely and efficiently disassemble electronic products and components for recycling or refurbishment. This position requires attention to detail, computer literacy, and the ability to work well in a team-focused environment. Leadership experience is a plus, as this role may support team coordination and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble electronic devices using hand tools and equipment
- Apply manual force where necessary to remove components
- Sort and organize parts according to company guidelines
- Accurately log materials and track work using computer systems
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with and support team members to meet production goals
- (If applicable) Assist in guiding team workflow and communicating daily goals
Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience using hand tools preferred, but not required
- Basic computer literacy required
- Must be comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Management or lead experience is a plus
