What You’ll Do as a Warehouse General Laborer:
- Stage and move chicken products by hand efficiently in frozen conditions
- Load/unload pallets, sort, and stage frozen chicken products
- Insert protective layers between product units
- Work with strong attention to accuracy and safety
- Maintain high productivity and adapt as needs shift
- Communicate with team, support process improvements, and keep momentum consistent
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous experience working in cold storage or similar type role
- A safety-first mindset
- Self-starter attitude
- Reliable, consistent performance in extreme cold conditions
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay positive
- Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength (lifting, walking, standing in cold)
- Must be okay working in deep freeze (–20°F to –30°F or below)
