We’re looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to handle apartment work order repairs and make-ready tasks. If you’ve got strong skills in general repairs, a keen eye for detail, and take pride in your work, we want you on our team for this short-term project.

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Complete make-ready unit turnarounds—painting, fixture replacement, minor repairs, cleaning, and final inspections
- Handle resident work order requests promptly and professionally
- Perform general maintenance tasks in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Follow safety protocols and keep accurate records of work completed
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
- Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks indoors and outdoors
- Expertise using basic hand and power tools
