Overview
Onin Staffing is seeking an experienced Mold Set-Up Technician to join our injection molding team in Jacksonville, FL. This position plays a key role in preparing and maintaining molds to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and smooth machine operation.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $17 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Set up and change over molds for production runs
- Ensure proper machine operation and part quality
- Troubleshoot molding issues and perform basic maintenance
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve efficiency and minimize downtime
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding mold setup
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret setup sheets and work instructions
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
