Overview
We’re hiring reliable and motivated Production Associates to join a manufacturing team that builds custom cardboard boxes from start to finish. This is a hands-on and fast-paced role that requires basic construction knowledge and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
You’ll operate various machines, including die cutting equipment used to cut and shape cardboard sheets into precise box designs and checking that each box meets exact measurements and quality standards. Candidates must be flexible and open to working in different areas of production as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with manufacturing machinery and die cutting machines
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Inspect boxes to ensure correct cuts, folds, and overall quality
- Work in various areas of the production process
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Lift and move heavy materials as required
Skills and Experience
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Basic construction or assembly experience preferred
- Experience with manufacturing or die cutting machines is a plus
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work in different areas as assigned
