What You’ll Do as an Parts Clerk:
- Receive and verify incoming parts and materials
- Enter data and track inventory through the ERP system
- Issue parts to technicians and departments to support production
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized stock levels
- Prepare and ship returns to vendors as needed
- Keep the parts room clean, efficient, and well-labeled
- Assist with unloading and staging deliveries
- Communicate with purchasing and production to ensure smooth workflow
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
- Pervious Forklift experience
- Strong computer and data-entry skills; ERP system experience a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift
- A team-player mindset with strong communication skills
- Dependability, initiative, and a “can-do” attitude that keeps operations running smoothly
