What You'll Do as a Human Resources Assistant:
- Recruit and screen candidates for open positions
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processes
- Maintain and organize HR records
- Assist with FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment processes
- Conduct monthly safety training sessions for plant employees
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing and retention initiatives
Skills and Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- HR experience: 3-5 years (manufacturing preferred)
- Education: Degree in HR Administration or equivalent experience
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in ADP HCM Vantage, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Attention to detail: Accuracy in record-keeping and compliance
- Hablamos Español: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
