What You'll Do as a Bagger Operator:
- Operate and Monitor high-speed automated bagging (Vertical Form Fill Seal) machinery to package snack products efficiently.
- Perform Machine Setup and Changeovers, including loading roll stock/film and making precise adjustments to machine settings (e.g., bag length, sealing temperature, and line speed).
- Conduct Packaging Quality Checks, verifying correct product weight, ensuring proper seal integrity, and confirming accurate date codes and labeling on every package.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues like film breaks, jams, or sensor alarms to minimize downtime and keep the production line running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate production logs, quality control documentation, and material usage records in the computer system.
- Keep your machine and surrounding work area clean, following all safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous Bagger Operator experience is required (experience with Vertical Form Fill Seal machinery strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and HACCP preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail for making precise machine adjustments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work safely on slippery surfaces.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
