Job Description:
Join a hardworking team that builds the large concrete culverts used in roadways, drainage systems, and construction projects across the area. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help with all stages of production — from preparing molds and pouring concrete to finishing, stacking, and loading completed culverts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and seeing real results from their efforts every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare forms and molds for concrete pours
- Assist in pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete culverts
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective gear
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long periods
- Comfortable working in an outdoor or warehouse environment
- Previous experience in construction, concrete work, or manufacturing preferred but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard every day
