What you will do as an Inventory Control Associate
- Perform all receiving transactions and inventory movements in Sage and other inventory systems.
- Conduct cycle counts, physical counts, and prepare detailed inventory balance reports.
- Research and reconcile discrepancies to maintain flawless inventory accuracy.
- Compile and maintain up-to-date inventory records for all materials.
- Ensure material requisitions are completed before product leaves inventory.
- Distribute daily shortage reports and assist with stock level monitoring.
- Provide excellent service and coordination with other departments to keep operations on track.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of related inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience.
- Strong computer skills — Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and production systems knowledge preferred.
- Detail-oriented mindset with great organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs and regularly move between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
