We’re looking for a hands-on Production Lead to help oversee our roasting floor and ensure every batch meets our high-quality standards. You’ll support the Production Supervisor and guide a small team of roasters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily roasting and packaging operations.
- Support production schedules and ensure orders are completed on time.
- Monitor roast quality, temperatures, and profiles for consistency.
- Train and coach new team members on equipment and safety standards.
- Keep accurate production and batch records for traceability.
- Work closely with Quality Control to maintain excellence in every roast.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of coffee roasting or food production experience.
- Familiarity with roasting equipment (Probat, Loring, Diedrich preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership ability — you take initiative and help others succeed.
- Dependability and a passion for quality.
