What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Sort, label, pack, and palletize finished products
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Report any food safety or quality issues immediately
- Ensure correct case quantities are completed
- Perform end-of-day cleaning and sanitization of the facility
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or assembly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, packaging, or equipment operation a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
