This is an amazing opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager in Stow, OH
Night shift, weekends and rotating schedules.
The salary range for this position is negotiable according to skill level and experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Procurement/Master Scheduling and Materials Management.
- Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial, Plastic extrusion, or Textile is a plus.
- Experience in International/Global settings.
- Foreign Languages: Fluent in English. Spanish preferred, and French is a plus.
- Google SUITE and relevant software.
What you'll do as: logistics manager
- Ensure an efficient and effective Supply Chain process from order inventory to ensure customer delivery.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Accountable for inventory management
- Accountable for Supply Chain department budget (labor, freight, equipment).
- Maintain harmony amongst workers, provide leadership, management, coaching, monitoring and direction to achieve targets, goals, career development, best practices, counseling and disciplinary actions.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relation issues.
- Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and grievances with the assistance of the Plant Manager and Human Resources.
Skills and Experience
- Experience with the entire procurement, material management and master scheduling process.
- Experience with material control, supply chain planning, supply chain performance, logistics, global purchasing, parts distribution, inventory control, manufacturing engineering, operations and production.
- Experience with developing and maintaining Forecast, master schedule and procurement plan.
- Experience with Supplier negotiation.
- Proven people skills required, must have the ability to work with others while effectively handling internal pressures.
