What you'll do as: Computer Technician
- Provide technical assistance and support to office personnel
- Set up new computer systems and perform routine maintenance
- Repair computer hardware, servers, and printers as needed
- Run and terminate network wiring
- Test and implement new software programs
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including Office 365
- Excellent listening and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, high energy level, and good organizational skills
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively
- Experience assisting outside sales representatives and troubleshooting remotely using TeamViewer
