What You’ll Do
- Provide overflow and absentee phone coverage, handling customer inquiries and new work order requests.
- Verify vendor invoices and ensure accuracy of purchase order details.
- Perform data entry and record management in QuickBooks.
- Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might Have
- Experience using QuickBooks for accounting and recordkeeping.
- Prior payroll processing experience.
- Strong background in vendor management and purchasing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with purchase order systems and invoice tracking.
