What You’ll Do

  • Provide overflow and absentee phone coverage, handling customer inquiries and new work order requests.

  • Verify vendor invoices and ensure accuracy of purchase order details.

  • Perform data entry and record management in QuickBooks.

  • Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.

Skills and Experience

Preferred Candidate Might Have

  • Experience using QuickBooks for accounting and recordkeeping.

  • Prior payroll processing experience.

  • Strong background in vendor management and purchasing.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with purchase order systems and invoice tracking.
