What You’ll Do as an Customer Service/Inside Sales:
- Convert customer quotes, purchase orders, and contracts into accurate work orders while ensuring all details are correct before processing.
- Communicate directly with customers to provide pricing, order status, and delivery updates, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate with production and management teams to resolve issues, manage timelines, and meet customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and strengthen long-term customer relationships through exceptional support and follow-up.
Skills and Experience

- Strong communication and customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines accurately.
- Proficiency in computer systems (Outlook, order entry software, and data management).
- Team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to support coworkers and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in inside sales, order processing, or customer support is a plus.
- High school Diploma or GED
